Our guides love to share their knowledge and stories of the wildlife, landscapes, history and the people of South Africa. Our talented chefs enjoy creating dishes which combine delicious flavours with a focus on locally sourced produce, tastes and spices. Our front-of-house team are friendly and accommodating, there to answer all your questions. Behind the scenes, our groundsmen take remarkable pride in showcasing our indigenous trees and shrubs. Whilst our housekeepers bring the same pride to keeping your suite always clean and inviting. And, last but not least, our waiters and bar staff are the affable hosts, always keen to hear about your memories of the day and ready with your favourite tipple.
