- Marriage certificate should not be older than 6 months and presented at check in.
Inclusions
- Accommodation, all meals, two game drives per day, water, tea, coffee and a daily sundowner drink, return transfers from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport (HDS).
Exclusions
- All other drinks, babysitting, private transfers, gratuities, laundry service, other items of a personal nature
- Conservation levies, gate entrance fees, additional reserve fees if applicable

Simbavati Trails Camp Transfers
- Scheduled transfers are compulsory. (Private vehicles are not permitted to drive to Trails)
- Collection time from Simbavati Hilltop Lodge at 13:45. The transfer is 1½ hours
- Self-drive guests are able to park their vehicle at Hilltop
- Departure time from Simbavati Trails Camp – 11:00
Kindly note that there is only ONE daily transfer from Simbavati Hilltop at the specified time.
Late arrivals will need to take a second vehicle transfer. The extra cost will be for your own account and the wait for the second vehicle will mean you miss the afternoon safari walk
