The Knysna Oyster Festival is around the corner! Escape the hustle and bustle of the crowd and enjoy the season’s festivities from your own tranquil kingdom (just a stone’s throw away in the sleepy village of Sedgefield). In the spirit of fine wining and dining, we’re putting on a five star spread for your pleasure.
This is your invitation to join us at Simbavati Fynbos on Sea, a Garden Route eco-paradise perched above the ocean, lagoon and mountains in a natural fynbos reserve. This is the place to either relax or explore – with a host of activities on offer.
Simbavati Lodge Collection is bringing its ‘Gourmet Winter Weekend’ to the Garden Route after a popular run in the Cederberg. If you have a passion for gastronomy and an appreciation of first class spoils delivered by a team who live and love to be of service, this is the experience for you.

Single supplement 33% of per person sharing rate

SATURDAY
~ Enjoy a day of your own making, starting with a decadent breakfast. Biking, walking, beach tour, nature drive or paragliding? Or perhaps a day snuggled up with a good book indoors. You can choose to do as much or as little as your please.
~ Five course paired dinner and palate analysis with the winemaker of Org de Rac (internationally acclaimed for its distinctive range of quality wines, which are made from organic-farmed grapes).
SUNDAY
~ After a leisurely morning, enjoy live music and gin tasting with Cape Saint Blaze at the Fynbos on Sea Bistro.
