MOUNTAIN BIKING
Explore the trails
The mountain bike trails give riders the full experience of the natural beauty of Fynbos on Sea. There’s a choice of 5km, 12km, and 15km trails that’s take you over undulating hills and valleys and through indigenous fynbos.
Annual single or family membership is also available for local residents.

HIKING
Discover indigenous beauty
Our guided or self-guided walks take you on trails through the beautiful indigenous fynbos flora. On the one side of our 600ha property we have awesome views of the Indian Ocean that can surprise you with whales, dolphins or seals. Its pristine golden sandy beaches stretch out to the distance

4X4 NATURE DRIVES
Guided Fynbos 4×4 nature drives
Take a guided 4×4 fynbos nature drive through our indigenous fynbos, to learn about this unique flora, see our general game. Enjoy snacks and drinks at a viewpoint overlooking the dramatic Gericke’s Point.

KAYAKING
Peaceful natural surroundings

PARAGLIDING
Magnificent views
Book a tandem paragliding flight to take off at the well-known Gerickes Point Lookout close to the lodge. This has 120m high cliffs going down to the magnificent beaches of the Indian Ocean. You’ll glide with an experienced pilot to give you 360 degree views of the Ocean, beaches, lagoons and spectacular mountain backdrop.
BEACH VISITS
Coastal delights
The South African coastline is one of the most wondrous in the world. And we have a prime part of it on our doorstep.
Book a day at the beach with us where we will set you up to soak up the sun and enjoy swimming in the beautiful and exhilarating Indian Ocean. Guests can be transported to and from the beach (if you wish) or you can head there with your own vehicle. We’ll supply shade, beach towels and complimentary sunscreen along with comfortable seating arrangement and a cooler box for beverages to keep you hydrated.
